Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai Yoga Bodywork, sometimes called Thai Massage, is rooted in traditional Thai medicine and Buddhist healing philosophy. Unlike table massage, sessions take place on the floor and incorporate gentle stretching, sustained pressure, and passive movement to encourage circulation, joint mobility, and deep relaxation.

This practice works with the whole body as an integrated system rather than addressing isolated areas. Sessions may feel meditative, energizing, or deeply calming depending on your needs that day.

Thai Yoga Bodywork can help support:

  • Reduced stress and nervous system overwhelm

  • Improved flexibility and range of motion

  • Relief from muscular tension and stiffness

  • Greater body awareness and ease of movement

  • A felt sense of grounding and embodiment
