Private Yoga Sessions in Minneapolis

1:1 Yoga offers personalized, one-on-one instruction, whether you're new to yoga, working with a specific physical need, or ready to deepen and refine an established practice. Sessions can include asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), mantra, mudras, and/or kriyas, all tailored to where you are right now.

This is a good fit if you're ready to take your practice beyond a group studio setting, or want focused attention on a specific goal or challenge in your practice.
