Nestled on Nicaragua's wild Pacific coast, Popoyo is the kind of place that slows you down the moment you arrive. Warm water, open sky, fresh food, and nowhere you have to be. In February, while most of the United States is buried in grey skies and heavy coats, you'll be waking up to ocean breezes, morning yoga, and long afternoons with nothing on the agenda but sun and (and perhaps more yoga).
This is a small, intimate week away. Just 12 people, and one beautiful resort all to ourselves. Think good conversations over long dinners, afternoons by the pool or in the waves, evenings with sound baths and yoga nidra, and the kind of easy connection that happens when you take a group of like-minded people and give them nowhere to be.
You'll leave not just rested, but recalibrated.
No prior yoga experience required. Just a willingness to show up.

What’s Included
7 nights accommodation at Surf N Yoga Resort (shared rooms with private bathrooms)
Healthy fresh vegetarian meals, all made on site. Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner (dinner on night 1 and breakfast on the final day).

All accommodations are shared.
Save $250 if the trip is paid in full by September 15.
Double - (2 per room) $1,250 (before September 15, $1500 (after September 15)
Trio - (3 per room) $1,150 (before September 15, $1400 (after September 15)
Quad - (4 per room) $1,050 (before September 15, $1300 (after September 15)
A $500 deposit holds your space (non-refundable).
The remaining balance is to be paid in full by 9/15/2026 (for Early Bird Pricing) or 12/20/26 (Standard Pricing).
Please note that the early bird rate only applies to bookings paid in full by 9/15/26. Any payments towards bookings after 9/15/26 will be charged the standard rate.
Other things to know
Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended. We suggest Allianz Travel Insurance.
For US citizens, no visa is needed. You can enter Nicaragua for tourism for up to 90 days with just a valid passport. You will need to pay a $10 tourist card on arrival. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival date.
For flights, we recommend booking directly with the airline so you can make changes if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Your initial $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Up to 60 days prior to the retreat, 50% of the payment is refundable. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable within 60 days of the retreat, in which case you would contact your travel insurance company.
